Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

­We believe in providing our customers with the highest-quality product and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund if the item(s) is/are unworn and clean with original tags attached. Returns containing pet hair, stains, or odors cannot be accepted. Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to restocking fee of 10%.
 
MAKING A RETURN:

  1. Mark the items that you are returning on your Return Form, that was included in your package.
  2. Package your return item(s) and completed return form.
  3. Ship your items back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service with tracking capabilities since Fathom Offshore is NOT liable for any items lost in transit. Please make sure that your return is shipped and addressed to:

  1. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment will be credited; and a refund notification will be emailed to the e-mail we have on file. Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive your package.

 
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR:

All exchanges will be processed as a refund back to the original credit card on file, and will need to be processed as a new order. Any exchange or replacement order will need to be placed separately if you are interested in an alternative size, color or style.
