This lure is very versatile, it can be run in a number of locations in our trolling spread. However, we generally run it in the long rigger position. The angled face allows for the lure to climb to the surface, push water, then return subsurface to expel a bubble trail. Lures with plunger style or angled face profiles need less line angle to create the intended action, making them great long rigger baits. It will perform equally as well in short rigger, but we leave that for lures that require more line angle. We are generally trolling our medium lure spreads in the 7-9knt range, that can vary based off ocean conditions and current.
