SHIPPING:
Please note that orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Cut off time is 12-noon EST. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday. Most apparel orders are processed and shipped the same day; Please note: lures are generally built on demand and can take up (7) days to ship. Fathom Offshore is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather and/or natural disasters.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We do accept international orders. Due to the variance in shipping costs associated with international shipments, we personally handle each order on an individual basis. Credit card payment is required at time of order and a five (5) day fraud and validation hold is placed on the shipment until we are cleared. Please call a customer service rep at 910-399-6882 or e-mail sales@fathomoffshore.com to place an international order.

RETURNS:
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell, and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected by Fathom Offshores Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

EXCHANGES:
If you aren't 100% happy with the fit, feel, or style of an item, we certainly hope you will try another size, or style. For the best service and selection when exchanging, please return the items pursuant to our return policy and place your order for replacement items online or call Fathom Offshore Customer Service at 910-399-6882 for assistance.

WARRANTY:
Fathom Offshore values its relationship with its customers and takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of its products. Fathom products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. Fathom Offshore makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Fathom shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your Fathom product contains a defect, you may send the product to Fathom Offshore for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at Fathom Offshores sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by Fathoms warranty policy will be shipped back to you.
